This 1948 Sedan's first records with the Canadian Civil Aircraft Registry date back to 1958, when it was imported into British Columbia. It remained in British Columbia with numerous owners, until Robert Corbeil purchased it in 2014. It is now based in the province of Quebec.
Between our first contact in 2014 and January 2016, Robert wrote: "I don't know why, but I have a crush for those 15ACs. It is my second one! I bought it from Jason Davis of Vancouver in April 2014. I don't presently fly it, so I can work on it to have it my way. In the meantime, I fly an RV-4. I have my own strip in the backyard, so the Sedan will not be operated on floats."
