Eric Sandberg, who bought this 1948 Sedan project from Brian Safran/Sam Cochran in 2007, reports that "Dorothy", N1241H's name, is being restored from the ground up by himself on a farm in Delavan, Wisconsin, USA. The engine that came with the plane is a Continental O-300-A. Eric says, he has been fascinated by Sedans, ever since he had his first job, after University. The building he worked in at that time, was half hangar, half offices and he was able to witness the complete restoration of a Sedan in that hangar.
