When Peter Buehlmann contacted us through this website to arrange for a visit to N1331H's restoration, in January 2008, we were delighted to learn that he was actually another Swiss Sedan owner, living in Arizona! During a vacation in Switzerland, he told us that he had recently been able to acquire the remaining share in N907RP and planned to apply for the plane's original registration, N1270H, then assigned to the Cessna aircraft manufacturing company. Eventually, Cessna agreed to let go of this meaningful registration and the 1948 Sedan, 15AC-281, now bears its original numbers, again! Congratulations, Peter, well done! N1270H is based at the Hangar Haciendas airpark (AZ90) in Laveen, Arizona, USA. All pictures taken, in October 2009.
