This 1948 Sedan found its way to Brasil. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find out, when. Also, the fate of 15AC-287 is unknown to us. If anyone can provide more information, it will be much appreciated.
The below photograph of the plane in its attractive paint scheme was taken at Sao Paulo's Campo de Marte Airport (SBMT), in 1981. Carlos Fortner, son of enthusiastic aviation photographer Alberto Fortner, kindly provided it with the help of Brazilian Aeronca Sedan lover Heinz Wolf Jr. We feel honored to be allowed to publish it on our website!
