15AC-326 was built in 1949. Owner Mike Hoag knows its story:
This Sedan had flown in Canada, until a couple of years before it crashed due to an engine failure. The accident occured after take-off from Gillett's Lake near Jackson, Michigan, June 1994. It was stored in a storage locker, when I heard about it. I picked it up as a future project to complete and sell. I haven't yet decided, what type of engine to install. It did have a 160 hp Franklin. It also has floats that were damaged in the crash, but they are repairable.
