This very clean and perfectly restored 1949 Sedan is powered by a 165 hp Franklin engine, which is one of the engine options listed on the original Sedan type certificate. Don Wilson flew N1312H to the National Aeronca Association's 2012 convention at Hook Field, Middletown, Ohio, USA, where pictures 01-09 were taken. Hook Field is the birthplace of most Aeroncas and the factory, now a subsidiary of Magellan Aerospace, is still there, today specialized in the manufacture of honeycomb structures for the aerospace industry.
